Quality Control Program

Though training and inspections are critical; it says little about what is actually involved in running a top-notch janitorial company and providing consistent quality cleaning year after year.  There are many important aspects of a business’ operation that affect employee performance and the quality of their work. Here are some steps we implement in our comprehensive Quality Control Program:


Hiring & Screening

Look for applicants who are highly motivated to do janitorial work, who have the right attitude, and who have the necessary abilities we are looking for in a candidate.

Thorough training

Demonstrating our methods, by observing and correcting the new employee’s work, by requiring that they read our Training Manual & Employee Handbook, and by following up with supervision and reinforcement training when needed.

Electronic Inspection

We use a mobile inspection System and electronic communication for rapid responses. The inspection program is designed for each individual building. Any deficiencies that we identify in our inspections are reported to clients for review and to the proper employees who will take corrective action to rectify the problem. Responses are written and prepared immediately; our goal will be to address any problems right way.



To ensure that they understand what is required of them and so that they learn to do quality work.


Our managers conduct regular meetings with building administrators and Facilities. Regular communication at all levels ensures that no issue develops into a large issue.


Mobile Time Tracking

The software is outstanding and generates a wealth of information, which significantly increases our accountability to you, our partners. Have you ever wondered whether the cleaners really arrived for their shifts and work was missed because someone did not show up to clean? Using this system in all of our accounts we can be sure that your building is covered and the employees are where they should be.  This system will notify their managers and supervisors if the cleaner shows up late or leave early ensuring they stay the entirety of their shifts. This allows us to be proactive and correct any problems before it becomes an issue. With GPS time clock features, no more employees punching for one another!

Regular Evaluations

To let our employees know if their work performance and cleaning quality are meeting our standards.  It helps them understand where they need to improve and clearly re-enforces our expectations.  

Good communication

Showing respect, being supportive and clearly communicating expectations is very important to a positive working relationship and for getting good performance from employees.

Performance incentives

We try to offer significant incentives to our employees to reduce turnover and make their work more rewarding.

Proper equipment and cleaning supplies

Cleaning personnel cannot clean efficiently and well without the proper equipment, tools and cleaning products to help them do good work.
